Who sells

MadameFX packs are sold by Madame AI, Estonia (the seller; see Legal information below). Card payments are processed by Stripe as our payment processor; Stripe is not the seller. Prices include VAT where it applies.

Payments arranged by email (for buyers who can't pay by card) may get up to 20 % off.

What you buy

A MadameFX pack is a licence to use its presets in MadameFX Studio with your Madame AI account. It is unlocked in the app as soon as your payment is confirmed. It is digital content: nothing is shipped.

All-Access is every pack and bundle in the store when you buy it; packs released later are not included (All-Access owners get them at the All-Access owner price). All-Access Forever is everything in All-Access plus every pack released later, added to your account automatically with no further checkout. All-Access owners can upgrade to All-Access Forever for the upgrade price shown in the store. A refund of All-Access also ends an upgrade bought on top of it.

Paying by card

Prices are in euro. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. We never see or store your card number. The pack unlocks as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds.

Refunds

You get a full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of your purchase or 14 hours of use in MadameFX Studio, whichever comes first. The pack is removed from your account.

All-Access Forever free trial: 7 days, one per person, PC and card. The card check is €0; nothing is charged and nothing is ever charged automatically. Exports carry a TRIAL watermark during the trial. Time used during the trial counts at half rate toward the 14 hours. Full trial terms: Terms.

The full amount goes back automatically to the card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link account you paid with, through Stripe. You don't need to give us any bank details. We issue it the same day you ask, at the latest the next business day; your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID (it starts with ord_). If you dispute a card payment with your bank, the pack is removed while the dispute is open.

Who can buy

Not available to persons in sanctioned countries. Purchases are not available to persons or entities located in, or resident in, a country or region under comprehensive EU, UN or US sanctions (currently Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or to anyone on a sanctions list. By paying you confirm that none of this applies to you. Payments that break this rule are not unlocked.

Records

For each order we keep the amount, the VAT, the billing country, the payment reference (the Stripe payment ID) and the country your connection came from, as our accounting and legal obligations require.
