Refund Policy
Changed your mind for any reason? You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase or 14 hours of use in MadameFX Studio, whichever comes first. You don't have to explain anything.
Free trial and hours of use
The 14 hours count the time MadameFX Studio is in active use on your account. Time used during the All-Access Forever free trial (before your purchase) counts at half rate: for example, 6 h 12 min in the trial counts as 3 h 06 min, so 10 h 54 min are left after you buy. The free trial itself is never charged, so there is nothing to refund for it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number (it starts with ord_ and is shown on your order page and in the app). Refunds are handled by us, the seller (Madame AI, Estonia; legal information).
Card payments
Card refunds are automatic: we refund the full amount through Stripe, our payment processor, straight back to the card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link account you paid with. You don't need to send any bank details. We issue it the same day you ask, at the latest the next business day; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
After a refund
The refunded pack is removed from your account. If you open a dispute (chargeback) with your bank instead, the pack is removed while the dispute is open.
Support payments
Support payments (“Support Madame AI”) are voluntary payments for our free content, not charitable gifts, and not tax-deductible. They are refundable in full within 14 days: email [email protected] with your order ID or the time of the payment. A refund or dispute lowers your supporter total, and with it your badge.
After 14 days
Purchases older than 14 days, or used for more than 14 hours, are not normally refunded, but contact us if something is wrong — we'll help. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
