These terms apply to MadameFX Studio and the preset packs sold for it by Madame AI.

1. The app

MadameFX Studio is a free Windows video editor. You may install and use it for personal and commercial work. You may not decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the app.

2. Preset packs

Preset packs are digital content (motion graphics, transitions, titles, effects and similar) created by us. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the presets in your own video projects, including commercial projects and client work. You may not resell, share, extract or redistribute the presets themselves, or include them in other template or preset products.

All-Access and All-Access Forever. All-Access licenses every preset pack and bundle available in the store at the moment of purchase; packs released later are not included (All-Access owners may buy them at the All-Access owner price shown in the store). All-Access Forever licenses everything included in All-Access plus every pack we release later, added to your account automatically with no further checkout, for as long as the store operates. All-Access owners can upgrade to All-Access Forever for the upgrade price shown in the store. Customers who bought All-Access before All-Access Forever was introduced received All-Access Forever at no charge. A refund of All-Access also ends an All-Access Forever upgrade bought on top of it.

All-Access Forever free trial (trial terms, version v2026-11). Signed-in customers can try All-Access Forever free for 7 days. To start the trial you verify a payment card: the card check is €0, nothing is charged and you will never be charged automatically, during or after the trial. One trial per person, per device (PC) and per card; the trial runs on the PC where you first use it. During the trial every pack is unlocked in MadameFX Studio, exports carry a small “TRIAL” watermark, and presets unlocked only by the trial are marked as trial presets. When the trial ends the trial presets lock again; projects still open with previews. For 48 hours after the trial ends you may buy All-Access Forever at a trial thank-you price (10 % off), which we also send by e-mail shortly before the trial ends. You buy only if you press the buy button yourself (in the app, with the card you verified, or in the regular checkout). We record the time, IP address and terms version of your agreement, the device the trial runs on and the verified card (brand, last four digits, 3-D Secure result) to apply these limits and to handle refunds and disputes. Time used in the app during the trial counts at half rate toward the 14 hours of the refund policy. We may end a trial that is used to get around these limits.

3. Purchases and payment

You buy packs directly from us: the seller is Madame AI (see Legal information). Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies; we are responsible for VAT and for customer service. You can pay by card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link). Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor: Stripe handles the card details and we never see your card number, but Stripe is not the seller. The detailed checkout rules are in the purchase terms. Payments arranged by email (for buyers who can't pay by card) may get up to 20 % off.

4. Delivery

Packs are delivered digitally: they unlock in the app on the account used for the purchase, usually immediately.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy (14 days or 14 hours of use, whichever comes first). Card payments are refunded in full to your original payment method through Stripe.

6. Accounts

Keep your account details safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse or redistribution of our presets.

7. Warranty and liability

The app and packs are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Estonian law.

8. Support payments

Payments made through “Support Madame AI” (the tip jar on ai-madame.academy) are voluntary one-time payments for our free content. They are not charitable gifts and are not tax-deductible. They can unlock a supporter badge on your account; they do not buy a pack. You can get a full refund within 14 days by emailing [email protected] (see the Refund Policy).

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
