Questions

What does the licence let me do?

A lifetime, personal licence to use the presets in your own video projects, including commercial projects and client work. You may not resell or redistribute the presets themselves. Full details are in the Terms.

How many computers can I use?

Two at the same time. Signing in on another computer signs out the oldest one, so you can move to a new PC whenever you like.

Can I try All-Access Forever first?

Yes. Start a 7-day free trial from the All-Access Forever card in the store. The card check is €0: nothing is charged and nothing is charged automatically. Every pack is unlocked on your PC for 7 days and exports carry a small TRIAL watermark. When the trial ends you can buy Forever at 10 % off for 48 hours, or simply stop. One trial per person, PC and card. See the trial terms.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — a full refund within 14 days of purchase or 14 hours of use, whichever comes first. Email [email protected] with your order number. See the Refund Policy.

Do I get updates?

Yes. Updates to packs you own are free. With All-Access Forever, new packs are added to your account automatically too.

Do I get an invoice?

Every order has a printable receipt in your account (and Stripe’s card receipt for card payments). For an invoice with your company details, email [email protected] with your order number and we send it by email.

Do prices include tax?

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies — all taxes we’re required to charge are included, and nothing is added at checkout.
